OpenStax and Canvas are besties. Really. If you choose an OpenStax textbook, you'll have access to LOTS of resources in addition to the textbook itself, including test banks, powerpoints, video lectures, and other technology-based resources - all ready to go. Most books and courses are already loaded into the Canvas Commons to make it ridiculously easy for you to use.
Keep in mind, you will likely need to register for a teacher account on OpenStax - which will give you access to community resources, updates, etc. You can get much more information and a list of subjects/books at their website: openstax.org
